      The atmosphere is friendly and collaborative, and you learn a huge amount very quickly due to exposure to large multinational clients.

      Cons

      On the downside, the salary is quite low compared to the workload and the cost of living in London

      Beaaurocratic; changing goal posts and leadership makes it hard to stay put. A range of redundancies happening each year too.
