Cons
Bunch of stupid, non-sense , butter creamy people will surely impact your level when you're working under them, So deal with them intelligently and get off ASAP when you inhale the knowledge as much as you can. Hikes are vague especially Deloitte deals with every Employee as a backup plan depending on project constraints and so called butter-creamy boot licking guys of Managers showering feedback. This has to be an Employee checklist point, So always beware of this. As recently lots of good policies are to become extinct with stupid guidelines. Old school guys with no technical knowledge always focus on others arrivals to office, timings and other stupid things :)
