Great Culture Open Environment If you work in a good team ..Nothing like it especially for a fresher People are less fake and have lesser pretence than other places. They make you want to believe them ..
Cons
My salary is ridiculously low Huge differential pay even at the same post and make sure you know at which heirarchy level you are taken into . I would not have joined as a management trainee had i known it was lower than audit assistant. They withold information and the HR's face tells it clear In a total picture sense the amazing job profile somewhat make up for no pay(almost). But its not something you can tell people. Gives you a massive low sometimes
