      Pros

      Firm has presence in most companies in basically every industry and market, so the opportunity is technically there... you just have to find it.

      Cons

      Easy to get sucked in by long term projects; easy to have 'wall' built around you, keeping you away from some of the greater benefits and people inside the firm (this is most obvious in Pub Sector/Federal)

      Pros

      Deloitte is a great environment to work at especially for junior people since learning opportunities are tremendous. Also, Deloitte promotes solid work and ethics values that have earned a best employer award in 2009.

      Cons

      On the downside, the work load at Deloitte is very significant and would make it challenging to strike a work-life balance.

      Excellent vacation and benefits packages.

      Cons

      Zero recognition for good performers. Lack of communication from firm leadership. Guaranteed low morale for all employees. Firm leadership is always developing new techniques to penalize their employees.
