      Pros

      This is a great place to grow your profession career. Great learning and great chance to meet people. Your career path will set in motion and develop as the time goes by.

      Cons

      Extremely demanding for long hour work. High pressure cooker will explode anytime. Constantly work till late. You are very lucky if you can leave at 9:30 in busy season. Even in non-busy season, you will still be drained down by the volume of work and to meet the deadline. Often have to work extra long hour when at home.

      Cons

      Deloitte can be intimidating. Everyone is so talented; accordingly, competition can be fierce if you're not ready to stand your ground.
