Pros
There are a lot of very bright, motivated people at Deloitte and given the right team environment, it is a great place to learn. We are constantly challenged and exposed to new situations. High performers are given opportunities to specialize in technical or participate in development programs. The work itself becomes more interesting higher up the career path.
Cons
The industry is subject to client demands, sometimes unreasonable. That's a downside of the profession in general and it varies for each person depending on many factors including the willingness of the partner to push back for reasonable time lines. Deadlines have a tendency to cluster around holidays.
