Pros
First job out of college. Great knowledge base, great resources available, both systems and human knowledge. Very supportive coworkers and bosses. In most cases, your boss is only a couple of years older than you. Lot's of time off. Opportunities to travel, both domestic and international. Use of company credit card. Opportunities for extracurricular activities such as recruiting, sports leagues, training others, etc.
Cons
It is very much a life consuming job. You are expected to be available to work 55+ hours any given week, even though technically you are only required to do so during the 14 week "busy season" from mid January to mid March. Often times, you will need to work weekends, and from home, in addition to normal 9 to 5. No paid overtime. Overall, too stressful.
