Pros
Brand name recognition on CV; you will encounter a wide range of talent(colleagues and clients). Projects are often interesting but one also runs the risk of getting slotted into a particular role. Good personal time off policies and decent attempts to ensure work-life balance.
Cons
Wide compensation range for people at the same level, especially if you transfer within Deloitte, you can expect getting the short end of the stick with respect to salary level adjustments lack of recognition and respect for lower level employees, promotions more often than not influenced by politics. Benefits leave much to be desired, esp with respect to immigration support and 401 (k) matching.
