Pros
Exposure to many international cultures due to the secondment program. Good system of taking time off or getting paid for overtime during peak seasons, as the time off becomes more valuable relative to earnings. Opportunities to go abroad in the Asia-Pacific region.
Cons
As with the other big accounting firms, advancement is largely influenced by management's perception and less on quality of work. Long hours and menial wages translate into high turnover for non-management level staff. Recruitment is less strict than in other regions, with many junior staff / college graduates coming from all disciplines, including foreign language, western history, etc.
