The role is very structured

They talk about work/life balance and diversity but it depends on the partner working on the project. I worked their for over 8 years and was almost fired twice for following the rules that are supposed to be followed by ALL employees. Some of the partners will lie and cheat to make the project look better than it actually is. I worked with a senior partner who never showed up to any meetings so I had to have an interim partner take over. BIG EGOS
