      flexibility when you're having major life challenges, 5 weeks vacation for entry level through seniors on day one, immediate benefits

      Cons

      Minimum of 45 client billable hours each week for the consulting firm, long exhausting hours, too much weekend work required, frequent internal initiatives required, training is lead by practitioners as a requirement, too much work and not enough resources

      Pros

      There is a great deal of opportunity for growth. The name doesn't hurt - when considering "growing" your resume. The work is wonderfully challenging - and provides exponential professional growth.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is difficult to achieve. The travel can be a bit cumbersome. Deloitte is also quite level-driven - meaning that those who are at lower levels don't have as much opportunity to be "heard".
