Pros

Designit is a very fresh company. Recently acquired by Wipro, which is a gigantic indian company. Full of interesting projects, great people, very open and flexible. Very nice work-life balance. I have to travel a lot but also get to work from home whenever I need to. As the company evolves more interesting projects come along. Nothing to envy Ideo, we also have challenging. world-changing projects. There's a trip every year where we all get together to share and learn from each other.

Cons

Not all offices are the same. The spanish offices are pretty nice, open and very flexible with a very well nurtured culture but at other offices like the one in Munich or Copenhagen, internal culture is actually very different and have more rigid structures. Although everyone enjoys Designit a lot, there's a heavier rotation of people at other european offices. Depending on the office, salary may vary. Some are ok some are still low compared with the industry.

Pros

An opportunity to get to know clients and projects of various types, to learn and experience in a variety of fields. Amazing people work there!

Cons

Toxic management even though the human capital is of good quality. Not enough support for the hard work, including the salary. Designers are cataloged and stigmatized for expertise or lack of knowledge and it's hard to get out of it. One of the main bonuses was a plan for personal growth - but over the years this has almost completely disappeared - meaning there is a promise that is not kept. Feeling of gaslighting - sometimes you are convinced that things are in your favor when it is a systemic constraint, and it is better to convey it in the same way. Personal management that eliminates a sense of competence, there is no backing for failures, only the adoption of successes. Over time, everything became "leaner", the work load increased and the level of the projects dropped a lot, everything became flatter, shorter times and thus the supply of customers decreased significantly, along with the staff.
