- Supportive management that guide you in all ways possible - Work from home - Teammates values / respect each other and are always there to help - Lots of growth opportunities - Probably one of the best company I've work for so far

Cons

- Project clients are hard to deal with sometimes but management is always there to help - Relationship between Wipro and Designit is still unclear

- Genuine, helpful people and very talented teams - A lot of change happening across many functions, with benefits from all these changes hopefully being realised in the coming months - Start-up mentality (new ideas, can-do attitudes) with people stepping up to take ownership of various internal/external initiatives, redesigning processes and tools, figuring out new engagement models and how Designit and other teams/entities within Wipro on the tech side can collaborate together

Cons

- Not necessarily big cons as these are already being addressed, but navigating the current organisation takes a little while to understand, navigating the wider Wipro organisation takes longer... - Currently a work-in-progress to educate some teams within Wipro on who Designit are, what we do and the value we add when there are opportunities to collaborate together

Pros

Good mix of nationalities and inspiring personalities among colleagues, friendly and open atmosphere. Lunch at work is a plus, there is room to explore new ways of talent development. Strong name to have in your cv in most areas of the world.

Cons

Too much focus and funding going into establishing of new offices in places with completely different focus to some of the long-serving offices. Depending on the office, a certain line of design is more prioritised and well-catered to than others. Slight hint of favouritism in project resource planning. Salaries need a re-look.
