We will continue to work on aligning the culture across all our offices whilst allowing local quirks to give each office a unique flavour. - Global team - Great Finance and Operations team mindset - service minded - make it happen mentality - Creative environment at the top of its game! - Possibility to travel - Autonomy and empowerment - Great exposure to the business, decision making and strategy thanks to a flat organisation and friendly management team - Social gatherings and events!

Cons

- 15+ offices across several time zones --> work life balance is impacted - Pension and social benefits not competitive due to the relatively small size of the entities in their respective countries (gross salary in line with competition)
