      Pros

      Incredible team of designers, great thought leadership. Opportunities from all levels to contribute to the direction of projects and studios. The projects are meaningful and range from strategic and future thinking work, agile delivery, and more. Leadership at designit genuinely cares for their team members and shares + recognises the team wins. Designit also has one of the greatest DEI programs I've come across. Designit has the best of both worlds, a tight knit studio centric team, while also having access to the global design organisations knowledge.

      Cons

      The partnership with Wipro has some challenging aspects, however I think the orgs are well on their journey of finding the best ways to work together.
