Thank you for your comment. We pride ourselves on being a consultancy that doesn't celebrate long hours as we think it's a sign of something not going right. If you are having to work above and beyond normal hours over a long period of time, please tell us so we can look into how we can work smarter.

First things first: Thanks for having been part of Designit and we hope your next gig is an exciting and rewarding one. Hopefully our paths will cross again in the future! We appreciate that working in the comfort of our offices are always preferable, but as a true partner to our clients we sometimes have to play an away game. Rest assured, this is something we always try keep to a minimum to make sure we keep the family together in one place to work, learn, celebrate and socialise together. We’ve recently introduced some exciting initiatives to share our global strategy regularly and in an understandable way, which we think will help get all 500+ Designits on the same page.
