Pros

It was said that you don't have to love your company but most people do leave the work because of the management. Well in this company that is very fundamental that you may or may not enjoy the work you get but 50% of management has bad attitude. Most original people was brought in and still there because they were hired without any experience in IT/Finance/ or project management just to fill seats. Many people got pink slips in past because they raise voices, asked for better work, and if they don't able to fire them then provide a bad review so employee need to leave the company. Unfortunately, even when user tries to find another job within the VPs will not provide good review and will not bother to help you.

Cons

This is the place you will learn how to play politics staying among people who are not capable of running the groups but by chance they got VP and director titles. You will have to do lot of buttering to VPs in order to survive in this place otherwise just doing your job good will not take you anywhere. VPs are not able to share or i should say they are not capable of providing the team goal, what value proposition they want to do deliver each year. Uneducated VPs who came from old school like nortel and some brought from London do not share good feedback and make one of their assistant from the team, praise them only and keep other members under them. These VPs are not able to run self organize teams, they don't know how to motivate teams, how to find impediments and remove them, very ego rustic people work in this location. If i have option i will work elsewhere

Pros

The Cary, North Carolina physical plant is very nice. It is located right next to the Black Creek Greenway, a pleasant afternoon walk. Promised future renovations include a cafeteria and gym.

Cons

They never do things right the first time. Middle management seems incapable of learning from its many failures. Senior management encourages middle management to blame subordinates instead of taking responsibility. The pervasive culture of blame means people spend more time and effort finger-pointing than actually doing work.

Pros

I can't come up with any.

Cons

Company is incredibly disorganized and ineffective even for a bureacracy although no one is held accountable. Managers scream and make employees uncomfortable preventing employees from bringing their whole self to work with no repercussions. Management claims there is a speak up culture but if you speak up you will be blackballed and retribution will be applied against you. Certain managers engage in discriminatory behavior covered up because they are high performers. Morale is very low although people are too afraid to say anything. Senior management is detached and has no interest in addressing any real issues. Technology is poor, Microsoft teams frequently crashes, equipment is defective and bank has a myriad of different antiquated systems running concurrently instead of upgrading their platform. Bank prefers to throw lavish parties instead of investing in technology and people.
