Pros

-- Good Place to play politics and Survive -- Get here to learn how to survive without work by playing politics.

Cons

--Everything is in control of London. Cary is just an service based offshore location, People here on H1b are treated as Slaves. Node your head of what London Say. Otherwise get ready to be fired. --There is a reason why Deutsche bank had Bad reputation in Market. Here is the Answer : People who works here --Come here to get frustrated easily without knowing what you are coding and how is it useful to bank. Zero learning curve. --Terrible People. People play lot of politics in own team to survive. --No Clear requirements of what they want, but still you need to get product delivered or get ready to be blamed. -- No one is interested to listen to Team concerns. Management feel offended if you do that.

Pros

Cary location is very friendly, good working hours most of the time, reasonably competitive salary, good vacation allowance, some opportunities for travel

Cons

Takes longer to release software than write it. Technology-wise DB is about 5 years behind the competition. Limited opportunities for upward mobility and limited autonomy. All key decisions are made in the London and New York hubs. Very little training provided, very easy to become stuck/trapped in a role. Infrastructure support is a joke, all support is outsourced and the teams have no accountability and it shows in the level of service they provide.
