Pros

Generous benefit scheme and holiday allowance and in general good working conditions.

Cons

Not very good salary prospect after graduate program, yearly increase only aligns with inflation.

Pros

Db has amazing benefits for both paternity and maternity leave and vacation days

Cons

This company has been terrible in the last 5 years. There is minimum people of color who get promoted or recognized. They do not care for you as an employee or allow you to move internally. They have outdated systems and refuse to invest in technology. 5 years here and it was a waste of time. They overwork people without increasing pay each year. They are also very unorganized. Senior management barely knows what to do if any employee is out. This company unfortunately just keeps getting worse and worse.
