Bad, bad, bad environment

Pros

Given recent cuts, opportunities to be more involved in broader projects, with entrepreneurship benefitting the most.

Cons

Political environment, from which your variable pay depends. Drama-based bank, toxic environment to start a career in your high 20s. One would definitely learn on how to watch his/her own back, but not worth it. Look for something else.

Pros

Good compensation and the company put a lot effort to build culture

Cons

The IT infra continues to be chaotic. Incapable product managers who are short of foresight due to wrong background hold positions and waste resources on mediocre projects which are rather for the visibility and their job security.
