Pros

This is a bank of professional bankers committed to their career and job responsibilities. Senior management has a clear roadmap and detailed strategy to execute short/mid/long-term plans. Flat organizational structure, easy communication with peers and bosses.

Cons

Decision making process could be lengthy, too many internal and external dependencies need to be considered and dealt with everyday. Cross-department and cross-geography employee communication could be further improved.

Pros

It was good learning expirience, well paid and most of the time interesting. Good feed back and a very nice spirit in the office.

Cons

As an intern sometimes there is no much to do and one is occupied with writing christmas cards to customers. Not the most interesting part of banking :/
