Pros

Germany's biggest bank and a global leading investment bank. Loads of people from all over the world. Very successful company. Loads of motivated, smart, hardworking people who really get things done.

Cons

Deutsche Bank is a bank. If you are a banker or like banks, its perfect. It is a very big organization 100k employees and comes with all the bureaucratic red tape of a large organization. Innovation is one of the articulated core values, but hardly anyone is really innovative, understands what this means. You can build a career if you fit into the framework. If not, even if you do extremely valuable work, you wont progress. Very political organization, risk-taking and decision making not encouraged

Pros

Employee friendly, good opportunities to prove one's talent, work life balance, good transport facilities, open door policy, awesome culture at work, continues learning.

Cons

Wish if management can retain good resource or rather loyal resource who have spent quality time by contributing their effort in every bit to keep the organization at highest level in the industry.
