Employee friendly, good opportunities to prove one's talent, work life balance, good transport facilities, open door policy, awesome culture at work, continues learning.

Cons

Wish if management can retain good resource or rather loyal resource who have spent quality time by contributing their effort in every bit to keep the organization at highest level in the industry.

Pros

Salary, People (some) and the like. A great deal of the pros in this is the fact that it's widely considered a prestigious job to work in and as a result exit options aren't too bad

Cons

The People, Hours - The hours are extremely long and the culture is just okay. There is a training program but it was not very useful. It seemed more like an excuse for people to party in London on the company's dime
