Pros

Great working environment with interesting people from different backgrounds and culture. Better than expected work life balance, considering the job nature. Deutsche bank offers lots of job mobility to its employees

Cons

Work invested into the company often not properly rewarded and recognized by the management. Salary structure not on par with other countries (especially U.S.) considering that the work load is higher.

Pros

The benefits are outstanding, medical, dental, vision, and vacation days. Interacting and meeting new people from around the world is very interesting and a great learning experience. This is a good career for an entry level position, in the finance industry and also if you want to gain experience.

Cons

The pay is not good, for the workload and the expectations that is put on our plates. Loads of pressure to be perfect not humans. Outsourcing is a huge issue. Saving money does not always ensure quality for the clients. Duh! Extremely high turnover, which should cause a light bulb to go off to upper management.
