Challenging yet rewarding

Pros

Mobility is important for keeping talented people within the firm and Deutsche practices that philosophy unlike some of its competitors Benefits are excellent- vacation time, work-life balance, working mother options, volunteering events, etc

Cons

In the last few years, many jobs have been relocated off-shore/near-shore to service centers. Base salaries are not adjusted to bring employees in line with the market; therefore, sometimes people are forced to leave to see a measurable increase in pay. Loyalty to the firm is not rewarded.

Pros

Good extra curricular activities and other sports encouragement.Lots of fun things to do but management at my center is clueless

Cons

No clear leadership in my place of work. Managers are acting like idiots. HR people at my center are even more worse.
