Opportunities to learn new things, and to develop technical specialities ( Architects, Development, Business Analysis) - Plenty of money to support such initiatives.

Cons

Uncertainty over new organization structures and future roles and responsibilities, ITs generalization across businesses damaging the historical close relationship with lower level business users on technology improvements and issues.

Deutsche Asset Management has smart people and a wide variety of products and opportunities.

Cons

Deutsche Asset Management could do a better job of integrating teams across the division and across the bank. Still too much of a "legacy" mentality.
