many training/courses offered to employees, working with competitive employees and diverse culture, high regard for the brand.

Cons

high basic salary but very low on employee benefits.

- Relaxed Culture - Relatively more paid vacation with respect to other banks - training program at London is good - decent work hours

Cons

- not too smart employees - work can be monotonous - covers a little amount for mba as a continuing education
