Pros

Deutsche Bank is a good company to work for many reasons. Their compensation (401K, Time off, flexibility, Medical benefits) are quite good. In addition, the atmosphere is quite friendly and relaxed. During my time at the bank, I made a lot of friends and gained a lot of useful knowledge and experience that I will be able to take with me into my next career.

Cons

I personally did not have many negative experiences within the Bank. The only downside I did witness was that it was difficult to move up to a higher job title. It normally took years before upper management would promote you. Instead, the Bank was often content to higher someone outside the company for a position versus promoting from within.

Pros

Training, good management, appreciation for hard work - work with relatively intelligent people - good money and bonuses

Cons

ermm...extremely long hours, got to have a passion to perform and like working hard - like 12-14 hours/day, working past midnight and weekends .... No life ....your life will revolve around work
