      Good health benefits and global presence for resume

      Cons

      Chaotic environment with no real direction from top management. Ingrained level of MD's and Director's who have become untouchables. Competence is not rewarded, status quo is.

      You will find yourself working late hours in a very employee unfriendly environment so I cannot recommend DB.

      Pros

      - Some positions give you the opportunity to travel. Deutsche Bank has office locations in many countries across the globe. - Typical large company benefits. Medical, Dental, Vision - 3-4 weeks paid vacation, depending on position.

      Cons

      - You are expected to work very late hours. Not very work - life balance friendly. - Salary adjustments and promotions given once a year across the entire bank. No exceptions. - Very strict compliance department. You must move all bank, 401k, IRA, etc accounts into Deutsche Bank accounts. - Upper management spends needlessly and is not efficient at controlling costs - Not employee friendly and management is terribly inefficient. - Staff is not rewarded or given credit for hard work / Your performance is not linked to your salary

      Maternity Package and vacation with other health package benefits

      Cons

      It just further confirms that Investment Banking and Wall Street is still a man's world or you have to have no children, if you're female
