Pros

DB allows one the opportunity to work in different regions and parts of the bank. Given the scope of its operations around the world, the bank is open to transferring employees between regions. They also have a very good graduate program which tries to nurture and keep younger talent. In terms of compensation, they are also very competitive relative to the street.

Cons

Politics at senior level of management

Pros

Great opportunities, job constantly changing and easy to get more responsibility if you have a good performance history and are eager to take on more. The organisation is happy to move people around according to business need and personal priorities. Not a great inter-company mobility process but if you have a good network and can navigate the organisation then international and cross-divisional movesa are pretty easy

Cons

The hours and mediocre compensation (I've been there a while so have lagged compared to the market)
