Pros

smart, hardworking people. strong fixed income footprint. grad program is unique in receiving several rotations over time. firm has a way of getting over the hurdles of the organization to make some great top line revenue

Cons

everyone manages upwards even post Anshu's departure. poor leadership and a culture of distrust. Cost to income ratio of 119% and antiquated technology. Silo'd firm with borders that prevent progress.

Pros

Able to WFH 1 day a week. Flexible if sick

Cons

Financial health of company is very bad due to complex processes and over spending. To get promoted you need 2 years of Very Good ratings, which by default your first year you'll receive a Good... thus to get promoted at the bare minimum you'll be in your role for 3 years. Small annual raises.
