Pros

The people were great, but we were all stressed recently. Lots of options to move internally if you are proactive and work hard. Like any large organization, understanding how to get things done and knowing who is who is a major element of success. I had several great bosses and colleagues, we made it through many challenges as a team. I consider them great friends, period.

Cons

The company itself is going through major changes still remaining from the 2007-2008 financial crisis. Some business units and departments will thrive, and others will shrink. Do you own homework to evaluate the opportunity for yourself.

Politics wholly dictate management decision making 4. Working with colleagues who are uniformly burnt out, disillusioned, angry and depressed, and feeling that way yourself most of the time 5.
