      - Compensation is at par with the industry standards - Good for people who are not enthusiastic & have a laid back attitude.

      Cons

      - People working this organization for few years have a lot of attitude. - Zero innovation - You need to be a follower to survive in this organization. You can't have your own opinion. - Not an open work culture. - Technical Architects lack technical knowledge. - Poor management. - People working in this organization for a couple of years have a fear that they will loose there importance if they share all information to the younger guys coming in for work.

      None I can think of now a days. It was good when I joined with work life balance and leadership.

      Cons

      New bunch of jokers get promoted who are bootlicking and making up gangs. Making fun of employees who put up any concerns/issues rather than resolving. No proper response from upper management as they also support those joker gangs.

      If you want to involved in everything, then this is the best company you’ve

      Cons

      There are no transparency in hikes. Only favourite peoples get good hike or promotion. You’ll never have work life balance. No work towards automation. They believe in quantity over quality. TPM who don’t know a single words gets involved in everything. No planning of tasks They’ve open leave policy but any leave plan more then 2 days should be informed 20 days prior to lead and director. People always stay in call, no time to work.
