      Good for core developers. Agile practices.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Always feel pressurized. No HR interaction. Not a good culture and employee friendliness. Lot of politics in company. No appreciation. Not a good management.

      If you only want to get settle after pregnancy then its good if you work here..if you have aspirations as a individual OR as an employee i urge you to get something better than this.

      No opportunities for people who has capabilities but who are not very near and dear to management
