      Cons

      Due to the fact that the company is quite old, some business processes are significantly outdated, illogical, or inefficient. You may encounter many legacy systems that should retire soon, but still require support.

      Pay, Preying on employees, You work more overtimes than you should and no one cares. A lot of stress.
