      Nice company culture and cutting edge technologies. Somewhat like a startup inside a giant corporation. Good benefits. Transparency is a big asset as well.

      Cons

      Relatively a new company still changing strategy and goals in order to attract profits, this is normal but gives a bit of uncertainty.

      Good start for a beginner perhaps, but not too many advancing opportunities I met some nice colleagues

      Cons

      Bad salaries Team-leader and managers are not apt for the job Clients are important, employees are not I felt unimportant and unappreciated

      Great Work Environment. Management is very supportive. Great leave policy. Good place to learn new things. Salary on time. Handsome Salary packages Good allowances. Cab facility available for Odd timings. Free meal. 5 Days working. Good Health insurance.

      As such no Cons as of now, in my point of view.
