Pros

No pros, atleast in growth terms

Cons

No work life balance, coz you wont have a life any more to balance with Increments are worthless, they give you low raise on fixed part and having long term bond based bigger components. Redundant work No growth discussions, only work Cunning management Pathetic and rude human resource. Force you to take interviews on weekends, and no comp off. They are under employed and hence you work extra to compensate for 2-3 people. Only employees of core teams are rewarded.

Pros

Work life balance , no work at times, slow work On site

Cons

A lot of politics Company driven by only seniors and old employees You need to gossip and spread rumours to survive You need to be in good books of your manager by taking them out to party, sharing drink, going at their flats, etc You cannot be a strong independent person here Your piece of mind would be lost once you join here

Pros

* Good work life balance for managers and leads * leaves * car hire policy

Cons

I previously enjoyed working at Driven Brands, where employees felt empowered and valued for their contributions. However, I have noticed a significant shift towards a manager-driven culture. Now, success seems to depend more on pleasing management than on hard work and results. In particular, the DOT teams exemplify this trend, where managers are prioritized over employees' efforts. It feels like the only way to thrive is to align with managerial preferences rather than focusing on delivering quality work. This shift has created a challenging environment for those who believe in meritocracy and genuine collaboration. While there are still some great managers who support their teams, the overall direction of the company raises concerns about employee morale and long-term growth. I hope the leadership can recognize the value of empowering employees again.
