      Legacy, but is trying to move forward

      Pros

      Stable working environment, long lasting projects mostly, you can work there forever, and no one will push you. So you can be sure not to get unemployed

      Cons

      Legacy it infrastructure, a lot of burocracy, not rapid movement, infrastructure problems, too much security restriction where they are not needed
