      Pros

      Pretty good and relaxing environment. You can have some autonomy, if the team happens to be Hungary-centered. There is no guarantee for that, of course. Company pays serious attention to diversity and inclusion. They are paying the industrial average.

      Cons

      Technology is not cutting edge. In-house security regulations make harder the fast and creative work. As in every outsource company in Hungary, you won't make real decisions, only execute your German coworkers' ones.
