      Pros

      Business trips, even though it can be very stressful and the top management thinks they are doing you a favour by taking you on these trips. Poor judgement.

      Cons

      Micro management, no benefits, no health insurance. The free lunch they offer is ridiculous, it's basically buckwheat with cheap hotdogs.
