Pros

Generous PTO and flexibility in work hours...

Cons

Don’t come here if you truly want to work with “the best and brightest.” For its brand recognition, hot talent is really hard to come by here.

Pros

Can work from home with flexible hours Automation tools are there Cloud could be better and faster moving to it Environment is becoming more casual Great salary and great 401k

Cons

Change management process changes daily and they are never happy with the work you put into them Incident management changes their process daily and can't agree with change management on how incidents should be resolved Expect to spend a lot of time on incidents with no sense of urgency Expect to get called all hours of the night by offshore resources who are being paid yet not paid to think outside the box and paging you is just the norm
