Pros

Atmosphere, benefits are awesome, clinic in the building as well as a cafeteria. Quick to move up if you are good enough. Great training program.

Cons

not much of a work life balance or balance inside work. I would have preferred an hour lunch instead of thirty minutes, because of that you always feel rushed.

Pros

The Phoenix location has a great working enviroment. Most workers are friendly and interactive. Also has good pay considering no customer service experience is required.

Cons

This was a call center position so that required sitting and staring at a computer for long periods of time.
