      Decent benefits and that's about it.

      Cons

      Compensation is horrible, stressful work environment with always having to meet stricter call times, no path for advancement, management is not very helpful, schedule usually sucks, shortest break of any job I have every had.

      Pros

      Interview process was fun - The first interview was a card game on your personality and traits, the recruiter takes you around the building shows you the great facility. The 2nd interview is more like a traditional interview.. I also had to sell a speaker to the hiring manager on the spot whch was difficult but really hands on!!

      Cons

      I got offered the position and I took it for $13 a hour which is great, i went in took the picture for my badge , took the drug test , fingerprints , and the background screening, its been almost 2 weeks now and i'm suppose to start in less than a week with no here back, I emailed 2 recruiters with no reply back.. So i guess I'm okay i just wish their was more feedback
