Pros

Excellent benefits, flexible schedule, always something fun going on. Leadership makes a very concerted effort to relate to and understand their employees.

Cons

Old-school corporate rules regarding employee movement. They want you to climb the ladder and not skip any rungs. Also low on the pay-scale.

Pros

Great environment because of the people and corporate culture. There is a great Incident and change management process in place. Some employees are able to work remotely.

Cons

40 hour work week is stretched when needed to 45+

Pros

Made friends, had parties,nice ppl

Cons

being on the phone all day, one 15 min break, hardly time to eat your lunch, sat alone at a desk, very repetitive, customers yell at you for nothing, TL & TC always get great calls but your call always needs improvement, to much to remember on every call, have to hit all the points to get a great or good call, they listen to your calls everyday to judge you, plenty more cons not enough writing space.
