Pros

They doing the right thing, for the most part. Very innovative. Excellent benefits. Flexibility. Competitive Salary. Internal mobility encouraged. Lots of diverse ERGs.

Cons

All this sounds great but unfortunately if you get the wrong manager, it gets unbearable. Very political climate. I guess it's like that everywhere. If you're introverted, you won't get too far. I really wanted to like it but I got stuck with one of those. I really do like the company and in theory, you can succeed there but it's not everyone. People are there for long time and slowly move up. They expect you to follow their 20 year progression even though you may deserve a quicker bump. If you speak up too much, you are too opinionated. If you don't speak up, you are seen as not engaged. Pick your poison.

Pros

Pay is decent and the employees are down to earth

Cons

If you're not in with the clique, you don't advance no matter how good you are at your job. They'll hire new people in at about iut $1 less than you when you've been there for years. HR ignores concerns you raise to them.
