Cons

Compensation is lower than competitors. Non-performers, poor managers are retained and reshuffled. Transparency is not rewarded. The culture is one where people play it safe and hideout. Business and Technology are not in sync, due to misunderstandings and untenable promises dictated by legacy, old-world, business imperatives that don't want to step into a tech-driven, responsive, financial services world. Too "safe", a laggard, for anyone interested in a financial services company of the future.
