Pros

Discover uses a collaborative management style which allows for all employees to provide information and make contributions. DivaDiversity is a strength and there are opportunities to grow.

Cons

Decision making can appear to be slow but once a decision is reached nearly very is on board with it. My commute is too long but that's base on where I choose to live.

Pros

Casual environment, flexible work from home, generous vacation time, full benefits

Cons

Management is always shifting around so, your job changes as well without any notice. Upper management seems to be unstable. Definitely hard to get out of some teams or positions.
