      Pros

      Discover provides a great environment for new employees to learn new skill sets and grow up. The relationship among the colleagues is quite harmonic and friendly. The workload is not so heavy and the work is quite balanced with life.

      Cons

      Compare to the competing employers, Discover's salary is not so good.
