      Great experience builder. Watch out for corporate backstabbing.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, work life balance, coworkers, and workload. I worked in a particular department that had a lot of backstabbing with project managers taking credit for other people's work. Looking back I see now that I gained so much experience from this place that it was really worth it. It's very easy to find another job with Discover on your resume.

      Cons

      Office politics, low creativity, low morale. It is almost impossible to get promoted here.

      Great company decent management too much politics

      Pros

      Work to life balance is excellent. People are friendly. Place is modern and has lots of opportunity. A project manager role is a dead end however.

      Cons

      Way too much politics. There are Senior Managers who are clueless and basically exist by forcing others to do their job for them.
