Pros

Non-cash benefit not bad. Campus is nice.

Cons

Constant corporate reorganization with no clear purpose that only result in high turn over so it can get cheaper labor. Management believes employees are not important and company's system takes care of every thing, which understandably makes bonus like a joke. Employees play backstabbing to each other to get promotions. Managers manipulate performance ratings to play favoritism and always say one thing but do another like senior management. Anyone who dares to say anything will get forced out.

Pros

Nice office environment. Decent work life balance. Dedicated employees.

Cons

Pay still lags industry norms. As with any company, weak management within parts of the company. Downsizing work force.
